Hot water to those areas accessible to children shall not be less than 90øF and shall not exceed 110øF. Section 9 (c). Observed hot water at 68F at handsink in restroom that children will utilize. Owner has placed a tempering device on sink to ensure water doesn’t exceed a certain temperature.
