Observed plugin airfreshener in bathroom.All corrosive agents, insecticides, rodenticides, herbicides, bleaches, detergents, polishes, items containing petroleum products, any product which is under pressure in an aerosol dispensing can, and any substance which may be hazardous to a child if ingested, inhaled, or handled (skin contact) shall be stored in a locked storage room or locked cabinet. Observed exhaust vent collecting dust in bathroom.All floors shall be kept clean and in good repair. Section 18 (a).

Observed propane cylinders present under grill in outdoor area, observed lawn mower in back yard unlocked. **Keep all hazardous items stored under lock and key.
