Section 8 (a).General Comment: (NO POINTS DEDUCTED) Observed extra mats located under diaper changing table with rips and tears. Keep all mats clean and in good repair. Observed outside playground wood with rotten portions. Per operator kids do not utilize climbing portion. Observed aerosol container placed high on mantel in kitchen where kids couldn't reach. Keep all hazardous items behind lock and key.
