All foods shall be protected from contamination while being stored, prepared, served, or during transportation. Section 6 (e).- Observed bottle warmer on top of hand sink counter in bathroom. Proper space shall be provided while storing, and preparing bottles. CDI- PIC removed item and placed it at appropriate space.
