Each child in diapers shall be changed while the child is in his/her own crib or bed or on a smooth, nonabsorbent, easily cleanable surface. Section 14 (a). Observed torn diaper changing pad. Repair/replace.

All corrosive agents, insecticides, rodenticides, herbicides, bleaches, detergents, polishes, items containing petroleum products, any product which is under pressure in an aerosol dispensing can, and any substance which may be hazardous to a child if ingested, inhaled, or handled (skin contact) shall be stored in a locked storage room or locked cabinet. Section 16 (b). Observed aerosol sprays stored in unlocked cabinet in bathroom.

Inspector comments: Repair the bottom of the kitchen sink cabinet. New thin plywood sheets sitting over top of damaged area. Needs to be properly installed and caulked to prevent moisture and pests.
