G.S. 130A-2(3) Chlorine bleached out test kit. Imminent Hazard to public. Lower to measurable level. Observed chlorine bleach out EHS test kit. CDI, pool was drained and chlorine levels were corrected during time of inspection to 10ppm chlorine.

Pool operator removed ladder form location. Observed a small electrical box within 41 inches of the fence height. Pool operator cut off zip ties, and re-positioned electrical box. To meet 45" requirement.
