Permit Restriction: Flow meter on jets shall remain operable not exceeding 200 gpm due to drains. Flow meters verified at 190 gpm. Stingle switch tested monthly per mfg. requirement.
Flow meter for jets not 5% accurate. Prior to 2026 operating season, flow meters shall be changed out per federal requirement to 5% accurate flow meters. New PDSC forms shall be filled out and submitted with documentation pictures.
Note: Feature main drains require replacement by 2/1/2026. A new PDSC form is required for approval. Permit will be suspended if not complete prior to expiration.

Main drains for jets due in May 2021. Equalizer line cover due in March 2021. Please note that the flow rating for the 6HP has changed with the new cover 6HPHAxxx. The new cover is only rated for 92 gpm. Max flow for your filtration pump is 170 gpm. The new equalizer cover must be capable of handling at least 170 gpm. Once covers are replaced, submit updated pdsc forms for both systems.
Note: Test tube for cyanuric acid beginning to cloud. Replace test kit. Cyanuric acid not used in pool.
